One of our clients are currently recruiting for the role of Gas Service Engineer.
Role Overview:
We are looking to recruit experienced domestic gas service engineers. This role will be working on our social housing contracts. The key requirements for this role is servicing of domestic gas boilers in line with gas safe regulations. The successful candidates should also have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in gas boiler servicing and have experience in installations and pipework.
This role will also be part of the emergency out of hours on call rota.
Experience and Qualifications:
ACS qualifications are essential for this role as is previous domestic gas experience.
Asbestos awareness certification is an advantage but not essential as is UKAT
Personality and aptitude is regarded as being equally important for this role.
A clean driving licence is essential as a vehicle is provided.
All successful candidates must be willing to undertake a HSE and Gas Safe prohibition checks.
